Communication Guidelines

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Clear and respectful communication between school and home is essential. Please follow these guidelines:

• Daily Diary Check – Review and sign the diary daily.
• Communication Protocol – Route all messages to the Principal through the class teacher.
• Updated Contact Info – Report any change in contact details promptly.
• Stay Updated – Check our school website regularly for circulars and announcements.
• Scheduled Appointments – Contact the Principal/teachers only during visiting hours.
• Escalation Process – If unresolved, write/email or request a formal meeting.
• Parent Involvement – Direct parent interaction is preferred in academic and behavioural matters.
• Official Channels – Avoid sending messages through children or third parties.
